Privacy Policy
GILVER AI INCORPORATED ("Gilver", "we", "us", "our")
Effective date: September 11, 2026. This is the first published version of this policy. When we revise it, we will add a "last updated" date on this line and describe what changed.
Summary. This policy describes what the Service does with information. Where a practice is not in place, this policy says so rather than reserving the right to adopt it silently.
The Service operates without accounts, passwords or payments. It requires no registration, and it provides no mechanism through which a visitor can submit personal details.
We do not hold your identity. We do not collect your name, postal address, telephone number, government identification, financial account details or precise location, and the Service contains no field for any of them.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We operate no advertising business, have no advertising partners, and run no advertising technology.
We run no third-party analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no ad network, no session replay and no advertising cookie on either site.
The Service is informational and is not advice. Gilver is not a broker-dealer, is not a registered investment adviser, and is not your fiduciary. AI-generated commentary can be confidently wrong. See our Terms of Service.
This summary does not replace the remainder of this document. The detail follows, and questions may be sent to the address in Section 16.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
GILVER AI INCORPORATED is a Delaware corporation. We operate gilver.ai (our marketing and reference site) and app.gilver.ai (the terminal, a cross-asset market-visualisation and intelligence product). Together we refer to them as the Service.
This policy covers visits to either site, use of the terminal, and any email sent to us at siraj@gilver.ai.
This policy does not cover third-party websites we link to. Where a link leads to a news publisher, an exchange, a regulator's filing system or any other site, that site's own privacy policy governs what happens there.
How the Service is designed. The Service has no user accounts, no logins and no passwords. It has no subscriptions and no payment processing, and it is provided free of charge. It contains no signup form, contact form or other submission mechanism of any kind, so there is nothing for a visitor to submit and no credentials for us to hold. These are deliberate design decisions, and they are the reason so much of this policy describes information we do not collect. We reserve the right to introduce paid features on notice, and we would update this policy before any payment information were processed.
3. What we collect, in detail
3.1 Information you give us
There is no form. The Service provides no newsletter signup, no contact form, no registration flow and no other mechanism for collecting personal details. The entire Service can be used without providing us with anything.
Email to us. The only way to provide us with personal information is to write to us. Where a person emails siraj@gilver.ai, we receive that person's email address, their name where their mail client includes it, and the content of the message. We use it to reply and to retain a record of the exchange. We will not add a correspondent to a mailing list, and we will not give or sell an address to anyone.
3.2 Information we collect automatically
When app.gilver.ai is open, we measure how its pages are used with our own analytics, written by us and stored on our own infrastructure. No third party is involved. The gilver.ai marketing site has no analytics of any kind.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies and no third-party cookies. There is no consent-to-be-tracked decision to be made here, because nothing on our sites tracks a visitor across the web.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Both are signals a browser can send requesting not to be tracked. We do not track visitors in either case, so neither signal changes what we do. We honour Global Privacy Control as a formal opt-out of sale and sharing where the law requires it, and there is no sale or sharing here for it to switch off. We will never treat a visitor differently for sending either signal.
5. How we protect information
Our principal safeguard is restraint in what we collect. Much of this policy is a list of information the Service does not gather, and information that is never collected cannot be exposed.
The following measures are in force:
- Encryption in transit. Traffic to both sites is served over TLS.
- No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Neither site loads an analytics script, an advertising pixel, a social-media tracker, a session-replay tool or an ad network.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- IP addresses are never stored in our analytics.
- Data minimisation at the point of collection
- Secrets kept out of source control. Credentials and API keys are held outside the code repository.
- Rate limiting on public endpoints, together with the signed session pass described in §4.2.
- Encryption at rest for backups, which are held with a provider that encrypts stored data.
- No passwords and no payment details are stored, because the Service uses neither.
- A documented process for privacy requests, with the response deadlines and the appeal route set out in §12 and §13, and with Global Privacy Control honoured as described in §5.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the rights set out below under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We extend the same rights to everyone in the United States and apply a single process across the country.
Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our sites because there is no sale or sharing to stop. Should that change, we will provide the link and update this policy before the change takes effect.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge a different price, provide a lower quality of service, or penalise you in any way for exercising these rights. We offer no financial incentives for personal information.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children, and our Terms of Service require users to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Service contains no feature that would allow a child to identify themselves to us. It is a general-audience market-information site and is neither designed nor marketed for children.
We do not sell or share any person's personal information, at any age. We do not process the personal data of a known minor for targeted advertising, for sale, or for profiling, and we do not use it to train models.
If you believe that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, email siraj@gilver.ai and we will delete it promptly. Where we identify it ourselves, we will delete it without waiting to be asked.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change and, in particular, before introducing a feature that collects something new. Examples of changes that would require an update: introducing user accounts, making the AI assistant available, adding payments, adding any form that collects personal details, or adding any third-party analytics, which we do not intend to do.
We review this policy at least once every 12 months, whether or not anything has changed, and update the "last updated" date at the top when we do. California law requires a review on that cycle.
9. Contact us, and how to make a privacy request
GILVER AI INCORPORATED is a market-visualisation and intelligence company. The Service provides information about markets. It is not investment advice, and we are not a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, or a fiduciary. See our Terms of Service.
